Amit Gujral is an Investing Partner of Singularity Capital and serves in an advisory role to several Singularity Capital portfolio companies. Amit has 30 years of experience building businesses in the professional services industry and has made several successful exits from companies that he founded. Amit was the founding member and CEO of Assimilate Solutions, a leading service provider in the mortgage industry. Assimilate was recently acquired by SitusAMC, a leading services and technology company in the real estate sector. Prior to the acquisition, Assimilate had approximately 1,000 team members globally.

Amit’s experience as an entrepreneur also includes founding MOZAIQ, a leading intelligent automation product and services provider within the mortgage industry, and co-founding Trinity Partners, a provider of business and technology service solutions in the mortgage industry. Trinity Partners was successfully acquired by NYSE: WNS, WNS is a leading global outsourcer.
